Ron Pilner has over 25 years experience in both sales and sales leadership in the copier, medical, retail and lighting industries. He has consistently driven growth in the organization through mentoring, coaching and motivating sales teams in personal development for continued success. Ron began his career at Regency in June of 1996 as a regional sales representative in Los Angeles. He moved to San Francisco in December of 1998 to help us grow that market with tremendous success as a rep and then as a sales manager beginning in February of 2001. Ron was promoted to Director of Sales in 2005 and Vice President of Regional Sales in 2006. Ron is a member of Regency’s executive team. Ron currently oversees all of Regency’s Regional Sales efforts.
Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology from CSU Northridge
Ron is married to Tracey and has a son, Nicholas, and daughter, Jessica. Nicholas graduated from CSUN with a business degree and is pursuing a career in Marketing and/or Advertising. Jessica is in the deaf studies program at CSUN with a desire to teach in the deaf community. In addition to his Regency responsibilities, Ron enjoys giving back and getting involved with both local and international charity groups including local food banks, prison ministries, and homeless ministries; as well as International organizations including Children’s Hunger Fund, and Zoe International. He enjoys spending quality time and traveling with his family and friends.
